Description
In this MicroLesson (ML029) you’ll learn how to play a simple call and response blues composition in which the “call” is the lead, and the “response” is the rhythm. You’ll be alternating back and forth between them. The lead part is the same each time which makes it easy play (and remember).

G/day Brian,
Thank you for this. Good piece just to muck around with.
Easy to transpose as well. Just by the way, I’ve got Alison
Krauss’s new album, Windy City. What a knockout.

I love these Micro lessons! I can get it down in the time I have instead of being intimidated by a longer piece that I know will take me days of effort.

Fantastic as easy as it is..I learned this is classic R&b ..so when anyone else who might want me to jam..I understand..I also know it is a 145 12 bar shuffle because there is a 4 over 4 at the staff at beginning of tab sheet.. 4 notes per measure and 12 bars before the 12 repeats again… another cool kick is knowing bar chords are also termed playing in 5 this cause count the major scale to the five note and play the root ( both notes played ..playing in 5ths
