LOVE THIS ONE. BRIAN’S JUST POURS OUT SO MUCH SOUTHERN SOUL IN HIS PLAYING AND WRITING. HIS INFLUENCE IS DEFINITELY CHANGING THE WAY THAT I PLAY FOR THE BETTER.
I ADDED MY IMPROVS. AT 1:00, THEN WENT BACK TO BRIAN’S THEME WITH SOME SUBTLE VARIATIONS, AND INCLUDED A SLIGHTLY FLAT BEND FOR THE HELL OF IT.
LIKE JOHN MAYER SAID, BENDING INTO MAJOR THIRDS IS SO UNFORGIVING. MINOR THIRDS YOU CAN PLAY AROUND WITH A LITTLE, BUT NOT THOSE MAJOR THIRDS. SO TRUE.

Very well done Ralph, I really like that lesson too and you nailed it!
Great job!!
I remember this lesson.
You’ve done a great job with it Ralph and I like your own bends and slides.
Seems to fit in perfectly with Brian’s original.
All the best.

Nice! Bends and slides were spot on.

Great rendition, Ralph. Loved your embellishments.

Very good Ralph 😎.
This is one I recall doing some time ago. Liked the way you were able to cycle between your own improvs and the original.
