Hello AMers,

Been working on this project for a few years, finally done. I was looking for someone to sing it.
I first sent it to JamesB, but he couldn’t do it at the time. So I kept looking for a singer to no avail.
So i asked James again to do me a favor and have a look at it. James sent me an e-mail back saying the key wasn’t right for him. I said no worry I understand. On my birthday Sept. 15th got an e-nail from James saying that I worked hard on this one and reconsidered and sent his vocal track to me. Nice gift for my birthday.

My congratulations to Andre for creating such a wonderful track and video. All those fills and mandolin sounding trills, adding the ‘oohs’ and ‘aahs’ to the background vocals, made it a fun track to sing over. I thought it was too high for me but I guess it turned out alright. Thanks to all who listened and took the time to comment. You’re lucky that James eventually accepted your invitation: his vocals are always awesome, and this no exception. I would even say one of his best (and in the original key, if I’m not mistake)!

Just the right emphasis to support the song and not dominate and James’ vocals absolutely sell it.
