Loved your joyful major chord progression, simple but very effective, and your solo over it was just brilliant, with a very catchy melody, which is the most important thing, much more than technicalities. About video techniques instead, I liked the double screen split, perfectly synced.
Sorry for your loss, Jennifer, my condolences. For sure also in these sad moments, music is always a good healing force for our souls. Thanks for sharing your lovely rendition!Guido

Each month you are an order of magnitude better!
This was a very solid rock piece and the lead worked perfectly with the chords. (Major was the right choice.)
And speaking as someone who knows a little about losing a loved one, I can advise that you direct some of that sorrow and pain into your music. It will make you feel better and often produces something beautiful. -

You’re in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
Your playing is so on time. I think you captured the moment perfectly. Well done!

To me, this was your best post so far. You are sounding very pro these days. One complaint: It could have been longer. I was just starting to get into it, when you finished.
Sorry to hear you lost a close friend. Many of us are getting older, so we lose friends and family quite often. I’m starting to get kind of philosophical about it. I’ve found that the best way to honor our old friends who have passed away is to freely talk about them as often as possible. Remember the good times, have a laugh at things they used to say or do.

That was super cool, Jenny. Chords and your single notes come together to create a really rousing riff. Great work! You hit the nail on the head.
So sorry to hear you lost someone close to you. I always think, what we can do, we who are still alive: we have the chance to carry the vibes of the loved ones we have lost within us and thus preserve them a little.Take the chance to meet your AM friends on Zoom.
The next Meetup will take place sometime in December/January.There will be a detailed announcement here in the forum by beginning of december at the latest.
I look forward to meet you.

Jenny, you hit on a classic rock chord progression and it sounded really good. Love your distortion in this sea of acoustic submissions.
Sorry for your loss. It sounds similar to something we have just gone through in our family.

Great job Jenny, sorry for your loss. Admirable what you have created for a guitar riff. I can hear Keith Richards and the early Rolling Stones right through your guitar. Great job. Thank you.

That really had a punch to it, Jenny. A strong performance, and spot on with combining the lead, rhythm and backing track together. Grief is the price we pay for love, no matter how prepared we think we are, it still hits hard.

Hi Jenny.
As a rock man through and through, I can say that your submission was very convincing.
You got the progression and tone spot on for this.
Your lead lines over the top were perfect for it also.
Liam.
P.s my condolences for your loss. Music will get you through it.

Hi Jennifer, Great tone and sound there – I really liked it & thought it had shades of Bad Company or Free from the 1970’s (a favourite sound of mine). WEll put together. Also, I’m very sorry to hear of your loss – these things can be foundation-shaking – sending all good wishes to you.
