Way to let it rip, Todd. Great job on the vocals. Not many guys can sing in Fogerty’s range.

Thanks James and thanks
for recognizing the range.
To my ear my voice doesn’t sound great up in that range but yes Fogarty does have a pretty high register to his voice.

Great playin’ and good energy. Sucked in into the jam. Thanks for sharing! For some reason I am kinda afraid of singing. I need to overcome this since it looks like a lot of fun to play some CCR songs.

Thanks Dave but I must warn you singing and playing is not easy. It’s like two separate skills. Sometimes what you’re playing on guitar and what you’re doing vocally is two different Beats. Not sure I’m explaining that right but that’s the only way I know how to explain it. It seemed like it was hard in the beginning to keep the strumming pattern of guitar while I’m focusing on the pattern of the vocal the phrasing and such. I was helped by the fact that I was already a singer before I took up the guitar. Try it out so you can do it with time and practice.

That song with you singing it really TOOK me in back in time.
The melody of the notes is what expresses the art of music . 🙂 6stringerPete
It really is all about ”melody”. The melody comes from a language from our heart. Our heart is the muscle in music harmony. The melody is the sweetness that it pumps into our musical thoughts on the fretboard. 🙂 6 stringer Pete

Awesome performance but also very well recorded (both audio and video)!
