Hi Wayne, I’m not sure I’m answering your question, but to get a YouTube video to show in your post, rather than just the link, simply put the video YouTube address in your message. DON’T use the LINK button in the top toolbar, just copy/paste the link into the text of your message. I always put it on a line by itself with a blank line above and below it, but I don’t know if that’s necessary.

If I’m misunderstanding your question, let us know.

Wayne, as Michael as indicated, the YouTube link should be inserted on a line on its own with a space above and a space below. That is essential to see the thumbnail on ActiveMelody.

However, if you mean your personal thumbnail in YouTube, then you need to go to your Google Account, Personal Info, Profile Picture and add you picture there.

One more thing: It used to be that if you upload your video as “Unlisted”, no thumbnail would show. It had to be uploaded as “Public”. I don’t know if that’s still true. Try it and see.
