I haven’t read any posts discussing cables although maybe there was a long time ago.
I just play at home and usually buy inexpensive cables to plug my guitar into my amp. I don’t buy the cheapest but I don’t buy Mogami cables either. Middle of the road for me. (I did buy a Mogami cable once but I don’t hear any difference.)
I’ve probably had 1 cable where the end came out of the jack so I threw it away. I bought MXR 6″ patch cables for my pedal board and haven’t had any problems. I believe Dunlop owns MXR. I’ve bought Speakfriends, GLS, Coolswell, and Moswag cables and they’re still going strong. They’re probably all made in China.
I also bought a Lekato WS70 Wireless system and it seems to work fine with no latency. Now I never am more than or 8 feet from my amp but still it seems to work well.
Has anybody found cables that work exceptionally well or don’t work well at all and want to share their thoughts?
